We have now joined the ranks that other families with children are in. Child gets sick and passes it on to the parent or vice vesra. Dale has now caught the cold that Jude has. Guess it's hard not to share germs when you want to cuddle and play with your son.
When Dale or I would be sick before we had Jude, we didn't always neccessarily catch what the other had....but who knows what this entails now having Jude.
I guess its just another thing you get when you have children...their germs. The good ones and the bad ones. The joys of parenthood!!!
Here's something I forgot to post the other day. When I had Jude pulled in to bed with me, I got to watch him dream and actually move his arms and legs like he does when he is laying down or in his jumperoo. It was so cute, his arms and legs just a-going and smiles on his face. I have to say it was a total Mom moment.
Well, Jude is feeling much then he was a couple days ago. He is starting to eat his normal amounts and is not as fussy as he was. He actually slept in his own room last nite for part of the nite. So that means I got to sleep in my bed for a few hours...not the whole nite tho due to the fact he woke up for a feeding and then took an hour to eat and then fussed for almost an hour. Oh my. I am so looking forward to my Mom coming down, maybe I will be able to catch a nap or two and maybe she will be a Nanny-Nanny
for a nite so I can get a full nite sleep. The joy of that will be awesome.
